Lesley is a Director of Johnson Pancucci Limited, a housing regeneration and communications consultancy working in area renewal throughout the country.

Lesley has worked on a number of stock transfers and delivery of large-scale housing refurbishment and new build projects, particularly in areas with existing communities.
