Derwent House Lift Replacement Works
EastendHomes recently applied to the First Tier Tribunal (Property Chamber) for dispensation under section 20ZA of the Landlord and Tenant Act 1985. This is because we are intending to carry out works to replace the lift to the block and to carry out full consultation with all affected leaseholders would cause delay to carrying out these urgent works.
The tribunal granted the application on the 4th February 2020 and a copy of the decision notice is being sent to all affected leaseholders. A further requirement of the decision was that a copy, in addition to the rights of appeal, be placed on this website.
