Holland estate regeneration proposals: Initial Demolition Notice
EastendHomes, following suggestions and discussions with the Holland Estate Management Board, is exploring options for a major redevelopment of part of the Holland estate. This involves commissioning a feasibility study and carrying out consultation with local residents over options for the blocks involved.
As part of this process, an initial demolition notice has been served on the blocks. This does not mean that EastendHomes is committed to demolition, as noted above. It also has implications for tenants looking to use their Right to Acquire or preserved Right to Buy their home.
