Local Offices to reopen by appointment
In the recent Resident Newsletter [pdf] 1MB our Chief Executive Paul Bloss explained how we are gradually reintroducing services following the temporary arrangements which were introduced in response to the coronavirus health crisis.
We can now confirm that from Monday 3 August it will be possible for residents to visit their local housing centre where necessary. At first, this will be by appointment only, To arrange an appointment with your housing officer, please contact the office in advance to book an appointment. Please do not attend the office without an appointment as we will not be able to see you at this time.
There will be a slight delay before appointments can be made at the Island Gardens Housing Centre due to some repairs being carried out. They will be available at this office from Monday 10 August.
We understand that residents value the service provided by our local housing centres and regret that these temporary measures have needed to be introduced. We are exploring how we can fully reopen them once it is safe to do so for our residents and our staff.
