Major new development of affordable homes for EEH
EastendHomes (EeH) is very pleased to confirm that it has secured the provision of 102 new affordable homes in Tower Hamlets. The new homes are being built through a planning agreement as part of a new housing development at Orchard Wharf, E14.
A mix of 1, 2 and 3 bedroom homes will be provided in the development which is now in the early stages of construction. EeH financial investment in this scheme has been supported by a new £20million funding facility provided by M&G Investments. Completion of the new homes is expected in 2022.
The Chair of EastendHomes Board, Les Eldon said ‘I am very pleased we have managed to secure this scheme at Orchard Wharf. This demonstrates our ongoing commitment to invest in the provision of affordable new homes for local people in Tower Hamlets’.
