Make your voice heard when you have a problem
The Department for Levelling Up, Housing and Communities (DLUHC) is launching a new campaign named Make It Right to promote the options available to social housing tenants in raising a complaint. This includes the right to refer a completed complaint which you are not happy with to the Housing Ombudsman.
