Our priority is to make sure that Shearsmith House is safe for our residents to return. In the meantime we have evacuated residents of Shearsmith House who are temporarily in Mulberry School while we liaise with the London Fire Brigade over when they can return home. We are liaising with the LB Tower Hamlets Civil Protection team to support residents. Some residents are likely to be temporarily rehoused while smoke and water damage is addressed.
