Find out what works are planned to your home and block

You can search by block or street.  The information displayed is for general guidance, the works will be carried out subject to survey. If your home is included in the programme, you will be given more details nearer to the time.

  • You can now view what work is proposed for your home and/or block and estate and when this is planned to start and finish

Please note that certain external works to blocks and estates are subject to further consultation and/or planning approval and funding availability. This work is described in broad detail but some examples are provided below:

Works description Example(s)
Essential landlord servicesWhere necessary, repairs or improvements to lighting (eg stairs, landings, balconies, communal areas), lighting conductors, dry risers, gas and electric mains, fire stops, booster pumps to improve water pressure.
  
Essential internal servicesAsbestos removal, electrical services will have circuit breakers, safe adequate wiring and sufficient sockents to meet modern needs.
  
Internal service improvementsWorks to heating systems, fire check doors to kitchens and electrical wiring where necessary.
  
Landlord service improvementsCommunal satellite/digital TV aerial.
  
Communal area improvementsCommon areas in blocks such as entrances stairs, landings and corridors will be decorated and improved where appropriate.  Concrete and brickwork will be cleaned and where required.
  
Community facilitiesSecurity works, lighting, landscaping, car parking, paving and play areas.
