Aids and adapations
If you are elderly, disabled or struggling with daily activities in your home,and need equipment, adaptations or advice, please contact London Borough of Tower Hamlets for an occupational therapy assessment.

Service criteria will be applied but, if you are eligible, there is no charge for most services. If a minor adaptation to your home is approved the Occupational Therapy Service will notify us and we will then install this for you. Larger adaptations will be subject to grant funding and we can make an application on your behalf following recommendation by the Occupational Therapist.
