Your payment card gives you the freedom to pay at a wide range of local retail outlets or using a variety of other methods which won’t even require you to leave the comfort of home.
You can use your payment card to make payments at any outlet displaying one of the following signs. Simply take your payment card to the counter together with your payment.
You will be given a printed receipt as proof of payment which we recommend that you keep in a safe place.
 | Post Office: Pay at any Post Office with cash, cheques or debit cards. |
 | PayPoint: Pay by cash at any local store displaying the PayPoint logo. |
 | Pay Zone: Pay by cash or debit cards at any local store displaying the Pay Zone logo. |
EastendHomes is now able to offer all residents the option to set up a Direct Debit to pay. Simply call us on 020 8880 7816 for a Direct Debit instruction form, fill in all of the information requested and send it back to us. We will take care of everything else.

Paying your charges by Direct Debit offers a hassle-free solution to those who worry about paying their bills on time. You will need to have a current bank or building society account before you can set up this facility. |

 | Internet payments: Pay over the internet. Making sure you have your payment card handy together with your debit card, simply log on to Allpay and click where you see "Make a payment". |
 | Telephone payments: Pay by telephone. Making sure you have your payment card handy together with your debit card just dial 0870 243 6040 and follow the simple instructions. |
 | Text payments: Pay by text from your mobile phone. Register to use this service. |
